Dr Shubhangi Sharma is an Educationist and has been working in the Social Development sector for last 25years at the grassroot, National and International levelsin leadership as well as technical advisory roles engaging with organisationsof high repute such as DFID, British High Commission, New Delhi as the Education Adviser ; UNESCO, New Delhi as the National Professional; UN Solution Exchange, UNDP, New Delhi as the Lead , Education Community; Reliance Foundation, Mumbai as the a Vice President, Education Area;Education Above All Foundation , QATAR ,Doha as the Education Specialist; OXFAM Trust, New Delhi as the Program Director, IPLM, NASSCOM Foundation as the Executive Director; and Doosra Dashak, Foundation for Education and Development as the Director.

Educationally , she has PhD in Economic Administration along with a Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Balaji Govindarajan

Balaji Govindarajan specializes in Finance management. Balaji also brings in vast experience in managing, and implementing finance systems, administrative processes, training in Financial Management, ensuring the statutory needs of the Organisation are updated and auditing. Balaji has worked with number of National Civil Society Organisations, and has effectively managed projects financially in field of Education, Health, Livelihood support. Has the experience of handling projects supported by Global Fund/ SDTT/Misereor/WHO etc. He has also served in various capacities in civil society organisations. Balaji’s educational back ground includes MBA in Finance & HR.

Preeti Munjal

Passionate to take education to a new level, Preeti is committed in defining what learning can be. After completing MSC. In Human Development from S.N.D.T Women’s University, Mumbai, she contributed in content development for pre-primary and primary school, trainings and implementation at ground level. With strong leadership skills and a mission to achieve, Preeti leads the Training & Development team at IIMPACT.

Shyam Dayal Singh

Shyam Dayal Singh is Zonal Head – Program Quality, Operations and Partnerships with IIMPACT. Shyam is an experienced management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Program planning and implementation. He exhibits a strong experience of working for more than a decade in the K-12 education sector. He has worked on design to implementation of both community engagement and Government partnership projects. During his association with Pratham and EY, Shyam has supported Government of Uttarakhand and Gujarat respectively on Quality improvement of School education.
At IIMPACT, Shyam is responsible for Strategic planning, coordinating, and managing educational programs in the zone. He is also involved in operationalizing the organisation’s strategies and operational plans by overseeing program delivery and educational quality. In addition to these, he also works for strengthening and building the capacity of implementing partners in the field, enabling them to add the highest possible value to the organization and its initiatives.

Shantanu Ghosh

Shantanu Ghosh

Shantanu has been in both the corporate & social sectors in his professional career spanning over 15 years. He completed his graduation from Bangalore University & subsequently did his M.B.A. from Pinnacle School of Business Management, Thane. During his stint in the social sector, he has worked with NGOs such as CRY- Child Rights and You & SOS Children’s Villages of Indiaworking in the fields of fundraising, donor reporting & relationship management, operations & communications.

Hanif Paliwal

Hanif started his mini steps towards development sector in 2007 when he taught kids in tribal belt of south Rajasthan, which gave him vision to serve for the betterment of people. In 2012, he started his professional journey where alongside working in curriculum development and teacher training, he worked as Program leader and mentored 7 Gandhi Fellows in Rajasthan. A maths enthusiast, he worked with ‘Jodo Gyan’ on developing strategies about teaching and learning mathematics. He also worked with ISLI for two years as Manager and worked with school principals on their leadership development for Delhi-NCR region. He has also worked as Program Coordinator for Education Quality Foundation of India
Educationally, Hanif has completed PGP from ISDM and Diploma from IIM, Udaipur in development management.

Having diversified background. Awarded with Governor award in Scout guide. Educationally he did (PGDM, MBA) and Started career as a sales and marketing professional with the Pharmaceutical industry. After successful Journey in corporate, joined 2 years fellowship of Azim Premji Foundation thereafter worked as a Resource Person Mathematics. with Care India as a coordinator in the project of Health, Nutrition, Wash, Gender sensitivity and livelihood. In development sector he worked in Teacher professional development that consist of Module development, session plan for teacher training, curriculum review, book review, pre and post training analysis, baseline, midline and end line test paper review for learners, classroom demonstration, etc. He has experience in other areas too like recruitment, MIS, documentation, team management, Admin (Logistics) and Finance (Budgeting).

Awan sharma specializes in accounts and finance management in the Social Development sector. Has the experience of handling the projects like Women Empowerment, Water and Sanitation, Watershed, Health, Education, Micro Credit supported by various funding agencies like World Bank, SIDBI, NABARD, SDTT, NBCFDC, NHFDC and other CRS Funding. Awan brings experience in managing and implementing finance systems, administrative process, ensuring statutory needs of the Organisation are updated and auditing. Rishinath Thakur

Rishi Nath Thakur started working in the development sector in 2005 when he saw threepoor children on the street bagging for food, suffering from health issues & not going to school for Education.
In 2005 he Joined Butterfly working with street children for their rights/Protection as Senior Accountant. 2008 sifted to Andaman Nicobar & Island as a Finance & Admin officer, their project was running for Tsunami relief, Education & Health issue for Tsunami effected Children & their family. Subsequently, he joined Save the Children (BRB) I Delhi working with Children Rights/Protection, Health & Nutrition, livelihood &rehabilitation, Four Isoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. before joining IIMPACT in 21st Oct’2013.
Rishi Nath’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance.

Ankul has over 5 year of work experience in the field of Accounting and Finance.Prior to joining IIMPACT he was working in Biohouse Solutions Pvt. Ltd as an Accounts and Finance Manager successfully handling a team of 4.
