Preeti, is passionate about transforming education. With an M.Sc. in Human Development from S.N.D.T Women’s University, Mumbai, she has expertise in content development, teacher training, and on-ground implementation. A strong leader, she now heads IIMPACT’s programmes and teams as the Executive Director driving impactful learning initiatives.

Rukmini Ghosh

Rukmini holds a bachelor’s with Honours in Political Science from St. Xavier’s College and a Masters in Sociology from Calcutta University. She has over fourteen years of experience working with social development and education sectors. She has worked with NGOs, corporates and as an independent consultant. Her experience includes managing global education programmes for the British Council, CSR programmes for the Infinity Group, UNICEF projects for Learning Links Foundation and psychosocial programmes for Sanjog. She has extensive experience working with NGOs like Asha Niketan, Teacher Resource & Communication Centre (TRCC) and SNEH. She specializes in research, creating content for curriculum enhancement, data analysis, planning and implementing socio-cultural marketing and communication campaigns working towards organizing large-scale training programmes involving culturally diverse teams.

Rishinath Thakur

Rishi Nath Thakur started working in the development sector in 2005 when he saw threepoor children on the street bagging for food, suffering from health issues & not going to school for Education.
In 2005 he Joined Butterfly working with street children for their rights/Protection as Senior Accountant. 2008 sifted to Andaman Nicobar & Island as a Finance & Admin officer, their project was running for Tsunami relief, Education & Health issue for Tsunami effected Children & their family. Subsequently, he joined Save the Children (BRB) I Delhi working with Children Rights/Protection, Health & Nutrition, livelihood &rehabilitation, Four Isoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. before joining IIMPACT in 21st Oct’2013.
Rishi Nath’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance.

Manager – Training

Reenu Hooda

Reenu Hooda, has done her Masters in Social work and has more than 12 years of work experience in Training and Capacity building around Education, Gender & Health. She has been associated as an Academic Counsellor with IGNOU, teaching and supervising MSW (Master of Social Work) & BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) students. Apart from a previous stint with IIMPACT in training and curriculum development, she has also worked with many prestigious organizations like Caritas India, Global Fund, Sarthak Educational Trust and NACO. In her professional tenure she has extensively been involved in community development and outreach, care and support, Training of Trainers on basics of Education, Life skills/Soft skills, Basic English & Computer, HIV/AIDS, Sex and Sexuality, Care and Support, Good touch, and Bad touch.

Surbhi Pancholi

Surbhi Pancholi joined IIMPACT on August 28, 2024. Previously, she worked as an Assistant in Finance & Accounts at the Antara Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bharati College (Delhi University) and a master’s degree from IGNOU. Surbhi has also successfully completed the CS Executive level exam.

Kamla Bisht

Fondly called as ‘Kanchan ‘by her colleagues, Kamla Bishtcompleted her bachelor’s degree programme from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University. She also completed a diploma in OMSP (Office Management Secretarial Practice) from YWCA, CP. She has an experience of nine years in child education sector. One of the oldest employees in IIMPACT Kanchan handles whatever comes through her way as she says ” Choosing IIMPACT in my career has been a win-win situation. For me, it is an integral part of my life ‘

Kiranjeet Kaur

Kiranjeet Kaur is an accomplished professional with 17 years of experience in working with teachers and students. She is extremely passionate about her work and knows how to get the job done. Before joining IIMPACT, she was a teacher and spent 3 years preparing for Civil Services. However, her drive to work closely with the community led her to choose a cause. As a training officer at IIMPACT, she developed various ways to help teachers grow holistically. Kiranjeet strongly believes that while training a teacher, she not only trains the teacher present there but also keeps those 30 girls in her mind.

Ram Chandra Jat

Ram Chandra has been working in the field of social development for the last 27 years. He started his professional journey in 1994 as the Education Coordinator with Child Fund India and worked with non-school-going and pre-school children in rural Rajasthan. Subsequently, he has also led research projects and impact assessments for education programs. After working in the rural belt for 16 years, he joined the CSR of GMR Group at Delhi Airport where he was responsible for providing skill training to youth through Centers for empowerment & livelihood. In his free time, he loves reading books and visiting new historical places.
Academically, Ramchandra has done a master’s in Public Administration.

Ravi Prakash Singh

Before joining IIMPACT he was establishing himself as a professional with organizations like “Ryan International Group” and “Educomp Solutions Ltd” where he looked after management and operations.
As an individual Ravi is a fitness freak and takes a keen interest in games like Badminton, Basketball, Football, Table Tennis, and in Athletics Javelin, discus, high jump, etc. Another favorite pastime is to watch movies.
Educationally, Ravi has done his schooling from Army School and his master’s in management.

Avishek Datta

Avishek Datta is an accomplished professional with 14 years of experience working with various stakeholders. Before joining IIMPACT, he was establishing himself in a different field and then completed his Master’s Degree in Social Work. Avishek has hobbies that include cricket, watching movies, traveling, and bike riding. He joined IIMPACT as a Project Officer in 2017. In this role, he worked closely with rural communities in East India, coordinating with implementing partners and donors to ensure the smooth running of programs in different districts. Avishek is also passionate about photography.
