	President Mr Bhaskar Bhat Bhaskar Bhat began his career in 1978 as a Management Trainee at Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company. After spending five years with Godrej, he joined Tata Watch Project. After that, he was associated with Titan Company Limited. He retired on 30 th September 2019, after serving as Managing Director of the Company from April 2002 to September 2019. Titan Company Limited, under Bhaskar’s leadership, enlarged its portfolio and extended its market to Eyewear, Accessories, Fragrances and Sarees. The market cap of Titan Company grew to 13 Billion USD in 2019 and is now the second largest in the Tata Group. Bhaskar is the Chairperson of the Board of Governors of the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappali. He is a Board Member of IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation. Bhaskar graduated in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and completed his PGDBM from IIM Ahmedabad. He has been conferred the Distinguished Alumnus Award at IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad. Bhaskar is also a Director in Tata Sons Private Limited , Titan Company , Trent and CaratLane Trading Private Limited and Chairman of the Board of Rallis India and Tata SIA (Vistara). He is also the Independent Director in Bosch India Ltd and Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited.
	Secretary G. Srinivasan Co-Founder & Director, RuralShores Business Services, a socio-economic enterprise with a Mission of skilling and employing rural youth in their villages; Co-Founder & Director, Dawn Consulting Advisors, a strategic financial advisory firm; Partner, CDI Global Inc, a mid-market M & A Network with presence in more than 30 countries. 45 years of experience, including 20 years in the Corporate sector in Finance, Planning and Marketing in Wimco, SRF and Wipro Finance; and 25 years in Strategic Financial Consulting and Investment Bankin Advisory apart from social entrepreneurship. Occasionally teaches in prestigious Management Institutes in the field of Finance and has interests in Renewable Energy. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, after B.Com from Vivekananda College, Madras University.
	Treasurer Sham Wagh Director, Nyaasa KPO Private Limited M.Com, PGDM – IIM Ahmedabad, ACMA Specializes in strategic management consulting. Experience extends for more than 33 years. Has been actively involved in project financing/structuring activities for large manufacturing concerns such as Kirloskar Bros. Ltd, United Ink Limited and Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited.Actively involved in the academic domain in the following capacities: 1) Visiting faculty for management courses 2) Faculty Member, INDSEARCH Pune

Urvashi Nair
Trained in Hotel Administration from Cyprus, Urvashi has previously worked as Manager Sales & Marketing at East India Hotels (Oberoi Group) and The Indian Hotels Company (Taj Group). In addition she has acquired relevant experience in the field of education while working as a consultant with Pallavan – a well established pre-school in Gurgaon. Urvashi has an undergraduate degree in English Literature from the U.K. and a Diploma in French from Sorbonne University, Paris.Having chosen to give her time and full commitment to IIMPACT in a purely voluntary capacity, Urvashi has been with the organisation since 2007. Her special area of focus is resource mobilisation and communication, looking to create new opportunities with donors through media and public relations efforts.

Senior faculty at Delhi Public School for 18 years, Head of the History Department and Coordinator for teacher training workshops and social initiatives.An alumna of Harvard Business School: Course on Strategic Perspectives in Non Profit Management –The Social EnterpriseInitiative .

	Abhaya Borwankar B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi Univ., and PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad;Served in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from 1981-91 in the Maharashtra Cadre; Entrepreneur since 1991, co-founded Algorhythm Tech P. Ltd, a Cloud Computing Products Company working in the areas of SMAC and DevOps, based at Pune, India. Currently Director & CEO of Algorhythm Tech P. Ltd., Pune
	Biswajit Sen Retired as Rural Development Specialist, World Bank, DelhiB.A.(Econ), Delhi University & PGDM, IIM Ahmedabad.Experience of over 25 years in the development field. Initiated and mentored several national level NGOs including PRADAN and GDS. Advisor to UNICEF in African and Central Asian countries, to the Government of Switzerland Aid in India and the McArthur Foundation.
	Krishan Dhawan Former CEO of the Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation (SSEF) B.A.(Economics) St. Stephen’s College, Delhi & PGDM, IIM Ahmedabad.Worked at Bank of America for over 20 years in India, Asia and the United States. 	Manish Gupta Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Solidarity Advisors, an investment advisory firm.He previously served as Managing Director of Private Equity at RARE Enterprises and has also worked at Honeywell and at The Boston Consulting Group.
